Danis Puff Pastry
* 2 sheets puff pastry..
* 1 sheet cut into 9 pcs.
* fold any shape as your liking.
* put pastry cream in the middle bake without fresh strawberries/ peaches / blueberries.
* For jam blueberries, added on top of pastry cream.
* brush egg wash.
* Bake 200°c - 210°c for 40 minutes.
* Remove from oven.
* next bake no need to put pastry cream or jam first.
