Mouth-watering Chocolate Chips Cookies




Chocolate Chips Cookies

A
180g cold butter
45g shortening 
45g caster sugar
150g brown sugar
B
1 1/2 small egg
C
330g flour
1tbsp baking powder
1tbsp baking soda
D
1/2tbsp Red velvet paste + red colouring 
1/2tbsp coffee paste + dark chocolate paste

E
200g Chocolate chips


* Beat A until double volumn and fluffy.
* Add in B mix until combine.
* Add in C mix well.
* Add in D fold one at a time.
* Seperate dough into 3 portion, add each portion with paste, Fold with spatula.
* Line paper, place cookies dough on pan until finish.
* Bake at 170°c 40minutes.
* Let it cool and keep in a jar or air tight container.
