Black Forest Cake
Chocolate Sponge Cake Recipe:-

70g oil
B
80g flour
30g coco powder
C
100g cold milk
D
6 yolks
E
6 whites
100g sugar
F
1 canned cherry
Whipped cream
* line base 2x7" pan, do not grease the side.
* heat A oil just until simmering off fire, add in B, mix well.
* Add in C mix well n follow with D yolks mix well.
* Beat E soft to stiff peak, fold into batter.
* steam bake, 2 bowls water below, bake 190°c 15 minutes, lower to 145°c 40 minutes until cooked.
* when cake is set dan cool. Cut into 3 layers. Fill cake with whipped cream and cherries.
