Berangan banana sponge cake

Cake Base:-
A
4 large eggs
120g brown sugar
B
300g mashed banana
C
100g Melted butter
60g oil
1/2tsp vanilla
D
190g flour
1tsp baking soda
1tsp baking powder
1/4tsp salt
* Mash banana with fork and set aside.
* In another bowl, Beat A until ribbon stage.
* Add in C mix well.
* Add in B mash banana. Fold in D.
* Grease and line paper.
* Pour in batter, top with chop bananas and walnuts.
* Bake 170°c for 90 minutes.
* Remove from oven let it cool.
