125g heavy cream
10g superfine flour

7" - 8" round pan

480g cream cheese
150g sugar
Drop of vanilla

3 large eggs

200g heavy cream
10g cornflour
Method:
* Line grease large paper into round pan.
* Beat A until creamy, add in B one at a time.
* Add in C mix till combine.
* Pour into pan.
* Dry Bake without waterbath method.
* Bake 230°c for 45 minutes (6"-7" cake)
* Bake 230°c for 45 - 60 minutes (7"-8" cake )
* Let it set in the oven for 45 minutes before removing from the oven. Let it cool on the counter table and transfer to fridge to chill overnight or 4 hours before cut.
