No-Bake Avocado Cheesecake








No-bake Avocado Cheesecake 
7" removable ring pan

Base Cookies:-
125g cookies
50g melted butter

Avocado cheese filling:-
A
40g cold water
12g gelatine 
B
250g cream cheese
170g cream
100g sugar
340g Avocado ( ori 285g)
1/2 tsp lemon juice 

Base cheesecake method:-
* In a food processor, add in cookies until fine sand add in melted butter.
* Pour into prepared ring pan that has already wrap double with cling wrap on the bottom. For inside pan, line plastic around.
* Press the base cookies firmly bottom and side.

Filling cheesecake method:-
* bloom A, mix together let it bloom, set aside. Heat gelatine before use.
* In a food processor,  add in cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice mix well until smooth.
* Add in Avocado mix well until Avocado become smooth, add in cream and A.
* Wrap ring pan with cling wrap in double bottom. For inside pan, line plastic around.
* Pour filling into pan. 
* Chill for 4 hours or overnight. 

Decorate cheesecake:-
* I used chocolate ganache topped with freshly  cutted avocado and strawberries.
* You can decorate your cake whatever you like.
