Flower Donut

A
200g fresh milk
1 egg
B
400g bread flour
40g sugar
7g yeast
1/2tsp salt
40g butter
Method:-
* Add in A into bowl follow by B mix well until 50% rough dough rest dough 20 minutes.
* After 20 minutes knead until windowpane.
* Rest for 1 hour.
* After 1 hour, punch down air, roll into large dough, use flower cutter to cut out dough place into a tray cover with cloth. Let it rest dor 15 minutes or double in size and it's ready to fry.
* Fry donuts golden brown, dish up.
* Dusk with fine sugar.
Note: These donuts are soft when it's cooked. The next day it was hard.
