Double Chocolate Cupcake
This recipe is from my respective patisserie school SMT that I will share here today. It's so delicious, chocolaty and most of all it's very easy to make.
They go well with chocolate buttercream frosting but I like it plain and simple.
Double Chocolate Cupcakes
10 cupcakes
A
175g eggs
1/2tsp SP
80g powder sugar
B
80g flour
37g coco powder
C
100g oil
100g dark chocolate
2g Nescafe powder
D
Chocolate chips / Almond
* Prepare cupcake cups on pan.
* Beat A until double in size or until ribbon stage.
* Add B into A.
* melt chocolate with double boiled method.
* Add C into A&B.
* Scoop batter into cups, 80% full and sprinkle some chocolate chips on top.
* Bake 180°c for 35 minutes. Middle rack.
* Removed from oven and let it cool.
