Berangan Banana Sponge Cake
Trying out another airy banana sponge cake, recipe by Sweetie Pie. I added some toasted chop pecans and banana slices on top. It was so delicious.
Berangan Banana Sponge Cake

A
300g berangan banana
B
4 eggs
50g brown sugar ( if only use brown sugar 120g then skip granulated sugar )
70g granulated sugar
1tsp vanilla
C
48g Melted butter ( ori 100g )
60g oil
D
190g flour
1tsp baking powder
1tsp baking soda
1/4tsp salt
Method:-
* Prepare 8" bundt pan / square pan, grease and line, set aside.
* Beat B until ribbon stage set aside.
* A mash banana add into B, gradually add C into B.
* Add in D slowly mix it just to combine do not over mix.
* Pour batter into pan, sprinkle chopped pecans and banana on top.
* Bake 170°c for 70 minutes.
* Remove from oven let it cool before served.
