Chicken Floss Roll Cake







Floss Roll for breakfast, yummy.  I used to get this cake stuck on my throat thing everytime when i eat roll too quickly or butter cake.  

But this roll is soft with nice crumbs, so far so good.  Roll looks thick but it is easy to roll without a single crack. Have a great Sunday all.

Chicken Floss Roll

A

6 yolks

3 white

40g sugar

1/2 tbsp water

1/2 tbsp sp optional

B

50g flour 

10g milk powder 

1/8tsp baking Powder 

C

60g melted butter


*Preheat oven 190c

*Beat A until peak, white n fluffy aound 10 minits. 

* Add B mix well with lowest speed until combine.

* Add C mix well with spatula.

* pour batter into 24x24cm line square pan. 

* sprinkle sesame seeds, chopped chili skin and parsley or green onion or scallion.  

* Bake 20-25minits depands on ur oven.  

* remove from oven, cool at wire rack. 

* fill with mayo+condensed milk and sprinkle with floss.

* Roll the cake, chilled,  cut and served.
