Taro Lapis with shredded Cheddar Cheese
Lapis Taro. Used taro paste. And so funny, when I just done baking, the delivery guy knocking on my door and guess what, my taro powder arrived.
Too late for this cake. So means more taro baking will be coming soon.
Taro Lapis

A
5 whole large eggs
100g sugar
1tsp SP / Emulsifier
1/2tsp vanilla
100g flour
10g cornstarch
10g milk powder

120g melted butter

Taro paste
* This is all in recipe. A in a bowl beat until ribbon stage.
* Fold in melted butter gently and do not over mixed.
* Seperate into 3 bowl evenly.
* Mix 2 bowls of white batter with 1 tsp Taro paste each.
* 1 bowl leave it white batter.
* Line grease paper on base.
* Pour 1 pan full purple and 2 pans mix white n purple. Swirl with a chopstick.
* Bake at 180°c for 30 minutes.
* Removed to wire rack leave to cool.
* Fill cakes with creamcheese frosting and top with shredded chedder cheese.
