This is Shiny Crust Fudgy Brownies, who wants to try this or who has been putting this on ur baking list for ages but haven't bake one πŸ˜…...

This is one chewy brownies plus lovely top crust beauty, is a bonus.  Coffee pls!


Shiny Crust Chewy Brownies

A

150g Dark Chocolate

50g Butter

40g Cooking Oil

B

2 Large Eggs

150g Powder Sugar

C

100g Flour

37g Coco Powder


Method:

* Prepared Square pan 18x18 or 20x20cm with grease paper, set aside. 

* Sift Flour + Coco powder set aside.

* In a bowl, melt A. Set aside.

* Beat B until it has turn into very pale yellow still watery ( not to the stage of fluffy ). Add A mix well withwhisk or beat few second only until combine. Fold in C beat a few second or fold in with a spatular.

* Pour batter into pan, topping of your choice. 

* Bake at 170c 30-35 mins. 

Note: 

1) Do not attempt to reduce sugar or else shiny crust will not form. The sweetness of this recipe is acceptable for me, not overly sweet. Anyway, if you wish to reduce then is up to you but end result i dont guarantee will be shiny. 

2) Oven must be hot enough for a good crust

3) Do not over bake a brownies or you will get a dry crumbs and no more fudgy. 

4) Lift up cake gently from baking pan to cool, donot lift too quickly or you will crack the shiny crust badly.πŸ˜† Good Luck!
