Sesame Balls
These are so delicious, perfect sesame balls, it is not oily, crispy outside, soft n chewy inside, perfect hollow, perfect round shape, sesame stick perfectly, fills with freshly made redbean paste..

125g water
50g sugar

100g Glutinous Rice Flour
20g extra glutinous rice flour

2g cooking oil

Sesame seeds
Method:
Boiled water n sugar till sugar melted, add hot sugar water into 100g GRF. Mix well and add the extra 20g GRF into the batter mix well until it turned into a non sticky dough.
Add cooking oil into dough little knead it. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, little knead dough and roll into long shape, divide into 16 pieces more or less. Shape into round balls and fill them with redbean paste.
Mix 1tbsp GRF with water, deep each ball into GRF water with spoon and roll it into a bowl of sesame. Lightly roll and press sesame with hands.
Heat wok with oil in low heat, deep in few balls, stir until it float, that is the signed of doneness.
Scoop and drain oil. Ready to served hot.
Note:-
* i used gram measurement.
* add water little at a time. There is left over sugar water. You may reduce water amount to 87g in total bfore cook with sugar or u may follow recipe of 125g.
* i added another 10g of GRF to the last part of adding 20g GRF in the recipe. Made a total of 30g. If u want to follow rexipe is fine.
* if dough a little dry during wrapping, pat with water will be fine.
* i did not measure each balls, if u cut dough equally, it will appears an equal shape.
