Quick and Easy Puff Pastry Chicken Pie
This is easy peas chicken pie that ready to impress your guests. You just need to cook up the chicken pie filling and it's ready to serve.
Puff Pastry:-
4 puff pastry sheets
Filling:-
250g boneless chicken breast
1/2pkt chicken cream soup
1/2 onion chopped
250g mix vegetables
1 potatoes
Few Shitaki fresh mushrooms
Herbs - Thyme, Nutmeg, Oregano
Salt and pepper to taste.
* Cook filling and set aside.
* 30x30 2x trays, line with grease paper.
* Here I make 8 chicken pies with 4 puff pastry sheets.
* Cut out equally square size puff sheets, fill up with fillings, put another puff sheet on top and seal with egg wash.
* Gently press to seal the edge neatly with a fork.
* Brush with more egg wash.
* Bake 200°c for 60 minutes until all puff up and golden brown.
