Old-school Neapolitan Cake

Who miss this old school nostalgic classic in the 80's...... the neapolitan cake?? Well...I do πŸ˜„πŸ˜„πŸ˜„

Those days mom bought this cake often from bakery. Could not remember the texture heavy or light but 50% more to light cake. I remember 3 colors chocolate, pink and plain.

Today I use chiffon base recipe and simple buttercream to create this cake, turn out incredibly awesome. At least I satisfied my neapolitan craving for now.
