Old-School Mocca Sliced Cake with Buttercream





I have nothing to do today πŸ˜„ 

Saw some left over buttercream, so bake a simple sponge mocca cake, cut into 3 layers and stack it up and add mocca paste into buttercream Ta-daa....old-school mocca sliced cake. Simply delicious πŸ˜‹ 😍 

Old-school Mocca Sliced Cake 
28x25cm pan
( all in method Cake)

A
4 large eggs
1/2 tsp SP / Emulsifier 
70g sugar
80g flour
10g corn flour
10g milk powder

 B
100g Melted butter

C
1tps mocca paste

* All in method for A, Mix A all together in mixer in high speed until fully fluffy into ribbon stage.
* Fold in B with spatula, do not over mixed.
* Bake 170°c for 35 minutes, bake until welldone and brown.
* Once it's done, remove from oven to cool on wire rack.
* Cut Cake in to 3 even layers, fill with buttercream that has already mixed with C.
