Nastar Daun ( Full Royal Krone )
Today I try using substitute butter brand " Royal Krone " for some reason, 1st it smell so good and suitable for all type of cookies.
I do not know if this substitute is available in other countries but in Indonesia, it's quite common.
I have made cookies and cakes with this product. It had a great smell of buttery aroma, texture quite solid I could say this means in room temperature, not so soft as like other margarine brands.
Overall, this is quite a good choice to make an affordable but premium kind of cookie taste. It's basically margarine kind of butter. If you like it, you can give it a try.

300g-320g Royal krone
1tbsp Condensed milk
100g powder sugar
2 yolks
B
450g flour
40g milk powder
C
2 egg yolks
1tsp oil
1tsp milk
* Beat A until double volumn.
* Add in B mix until combine.
* If you find the dough is too soft, keep in the fridge for some hours before use.
* weight dough 10g-11g each.
* Fill and shape dough into leaf.
* Bake at 180°c 30 minutes then C egg wash.
* Bake again 170°c 30 minutes, rotate pan, bake another 30 minutes until golden brown.
