Lapis Lepit Plain Top with Prunes

Sharing the above pictures are some of my very 1st Lapis Legit bake.

So much hesitation to bake at 1st but eventually i did it.

What a relief actually! I thought it was hard... but well turned out not that horrible as i imagine.....😅

As now I have already baked countless Lapis Legit, it wasn't much challenge for me anymore.

This cake never gets old. It's a most have during every Chinese New Year, EID and occasionally it's just pop up on my mind and got to bake it.

It's delicious and every bite is heavenly.
