Kaya Pandan Roll Cake
Kaya Pandan Roll Cake, it is everyones favorite cake, simply delicious.
I found this recipe very interesting. No coconut milk needed and it is all-in-method recipe. I assumed it would be fast on the process and yes it was quick indeed.
look at the crumbs, how fine and smooth. Filled with homemade kaya, yummy.
Kaya Pandan Roll Cake

A
6 large whole eggs
1/2tsp Pandan paste
80g flour
85g sugar
10g milk powder
10g cornflour
11g SP / Emulsifier
B
120g melted butter / margarine
Method:-
* Add in A into mixer, high speed. Beat until ribbon stage.
* Add in C , fold gently. Do not over mixed.
* Scoop out 30g batter mix with chocolate paste. Transfer into piping bag set aside.
* Line grease paper. Pour pandan batter into pan, pipe chocolate batter on top however you like to create your own motif.
* bake 180°c for 30 minutes until firmed and golden brown so as the roll skin won't stick when roll.
