Pineapple Tarts Cylinder Shape
When I was kid. I don't remember growing up having pineapple tarts during cny in the house.
I didnt know much about cookies either back then.
First time i was introduced to pineapple tart was when i worked and lived in Brunei 23 years ago. My first store bought pineapple tarts were shaped exactly like cylinder shape. It was so yum, since then i fell in love with pineapple tarts, buy every year at during CNY.
Now i know how to bake, make life so much more easier. When im missing it, can instantly make some and im proud of myself could make the copycat look alike and boost my good old memories at the same time. 😁
Pineapple Tarts Recipe:-
A
350g ( half golden Churn, half blueband )
100g condensed milk
2 yolks
B
510g flour
C
2 egg yolks
1tsp oil
* Beat A until double volumn.
* Add in B mix until combine.
* weight dough 11g each.
* Fill and shape into cylinder shape. Used a pizza cutter knife to lightly cut the design I want.
* Bake at 190°c 25 minutes, egg wash.
* Continue bake again for 60 minutes, rotate pans 2 at a time.
