Bubble Bread
Just out from oven. When this bubble bread gone viral in Indonesia....I must try too πππ i decorate with some topping. So cute to eat too, soft and fluffy.
This can make variations of topping, flavours, filling and colors. Such fun bread to play with.
This is no knead bread dough. So its easy and quick. Next i will post recipe. However u can use any bread dough to make this bubble bread.
Bubble Bread

A
80g cold fresh milk
1 small egg
3g instant yeast
15g sugar
B
200g bread flour
4g salt
20g melted butter
Method:-
In a mixing bowl. Add in A mix well with a spatula, add B mix with a spatula in to rough dough. let it rest 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, use spatula to lightly fold several time, dough will still look little rough but not sticky. stop there and cover and let it rest 1 hour or until double in size.
Punch down and flatten, weight and divide dough into 10g each. Shape into small round doughs place into baking tray.
Brush with egg wash and fill topping, you can actually fill topping after 60 min rest or either way round is up to u.
Preheat oven 190-200c bake 20-30 minutes or until golden brown. My oven temperature just a guideline, pls adjust ur own oven temperature according.
