9 Layers Kue 九层糕 #5

 

I loved this was actually chewy, perfect texture.  Well the one thing is the colour. 

These are some 9 layers kue that I have made in the passed. Not perfect colour but however I liked the texture and they tasted great.  

There's always + and - along the way and that's how I improved today. 

Now I sit back and it's great to look back the process of improvement achieve this perfect look from texture to color.  

This was perfect but somehow
I hate the dark pandan color 

This one not so smooth top, well....that is when I forget to sieved 😄😄😄 all lessons learned.
